Plagirism Policy

IJRDO – Journal of Business Management is committed to maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics and academic integrity. All manuscripts submitted to the journal are subject to an initial editorial assessment to ensure originality and relevance.

After preliminary screening, submitted manuscripts are checked for textual similarity using recognized plagiarism detection tools. This process helps identify potential instances of plagiarism, duplicate publication, or excessive overlap with previously published work.

Authors are required to ensure that their submissions are original and that any material taken from other sources is appropriately cited. Manuscripts found to contain unacceptable levels of similarity, whether intentional or unintentional, may be rejected without further review.

In cases where overlap is detected after publication, the journal reserves the right to take appropriate action in accordance with its publication ethics policies, which may include correction, retraction, or removal of the article.

By submitting a manuscript, authors confirm that the work is original and has not been published or submitted elsewhere.
