The journal does not receive funding from any government, institution, or subscription revenue. All published content is freely accessible to readers worldwide.

When Are Charges Applied

• APCs are charged only after a manuscript has been accepted for publication.
• Payment of APCs has no influence on editorial or peer review decisions.
• All submissions are evaluated solely on academic merit.

Waivers and Discounts

The journal recognizes that authors may face financial constraints. Requests for APC waivers or discounts may be considered on a case-by-case basis, particularly for authors from low-income or developing regions.

Corrections and Retractions

Corrections, expressions of concern, and retractions are handled in accordance with the journal’s Publication Ethics Policy and COPE guidelines.

Payment instructions are provided to the corresponding author after acceptance of the manuscript. Authors are requested to share payment confirmation with the editorial office.
